Haris Vuckic will be looking to continue his run of form - and exorcise a personal demon - when Newcastle United under-21s take on Aston Villa on Monday (kick-off 7pm).
In this fixture last season, the Slovenian 21-year-old suffered a season-ending injury but has scored three times in his last two under-21 matches.
Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium will host the match, with Willie Donachie and Peter Beardsley also able to call upon Gael Bigirimana and Adam Campbell.
Jonathyn Quinn is called up after scoring for the second successive under-18s match at West Ham on Saturday while Olivier Kemen is included despite his red card in that match.
England under-16 international defender Kyle Cameron would make his second-string debut for the Magpies if he plays a part.
Admission is £3 for adults and £1 concessions.
The squad is: Jak Alnwick, Adam Armstrong, Gael Bigirimana, Kyle Cameron, Adam Campbell, Macaulay Gillesphey, Alex Gilliead, Olivier Kemen, Ryan McKinnon, Jonathan Mitchell, James Morgan, Greg Olley, Jonathyn Quinn, Callum Roberts, Lubo Satka, Haris Vuckic.
