Toon in training: Getting set for quarter-final battle with Blues

Tuesday night sees Newcastle United take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge at they look to clear another hurdle in their path towards the Carabao Cup final.

The last eight clash with the Blues sees Eddie Howe's side face another strong side, having already despatched both Manchester City and Manchester United in earlier rounds.

The Magpies - who are yet to concede a goal in this season's competition - returned to winning ways on Saturday, beating Fulham 3-0 at St. James' Park in the Premier League after the disappointment of dropping out of the Champions League after defeat to AC Milan on Wednesday.

And now they will seek to progress to the final four in the Carabao Cup as they bid to emulate last year's run to the final at Wembley, with Howe's first team squad working hard on Monday in preparation for the clash with Mauricio Pochettino's men.
