Poppy shirts up for auction

The special poppy shirts worn by Newcastle United's players in last month's Premier League win against AFC Bournemouth are now available to bid for.

All of the shirts - produced to mark Remembrance Day - were donated to the Royal British Legion to raise funds for the charity, which provides vital support and care to the UK's Armed Forces and their families.

Goals from DeAndre Yedlin and Ciaran Clark gave the Magpies all three points against the Cherries at St. James' Park. The goalscorers' shirts are up for auction along with those worn by the likes of Allan Saint-Maximin, Andy Carroll, Jonjo Shelvey and captain Jamaal Lascelles.

Bidding for the shirts will end between Wednesday, December 18th and Thursday, December 19th and supporters can bid in time for Christmas here.
