Under-21s' Leeds clash rearranged

Newcastle United Under-21s' Premier League 2 visit of Leeds United has been rearranged.

The young Magpies were due to host their Whites counterparts at Whitley Park on Monday, 4th December but the league clash was postponed due to poor weather conditions and a frozen pitch after heavy snowfall on Tyneside the week prior.

Ben Dawson’s side will now face Leeds on Monday, 26th February, with kick-off set at 7pm (GMT) and the venue remaining the same.

A date and kick-off time for Newcastle United Under-21s’ Northumberland Senior Cup quarter-final tie against Bedlington Terriers, which was also postponed last week due to a frozen pitch, will be confirmed on nufc.co.uk in due course.
