Young Magpies' visit of Villa postponed
Newcastle United Under-21s' Premier League 2 visit of Aston Villa has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
The young Magpies were due to face their Villans counterparts at Whitley Park on Monday, 15th January, with kick-off set at 7pm (GMT).
However, the league encounter has been called off after falling victim to a frozen pitch following sub-zero temperatures on Tyneside over the weekend.
A new date for the Premier League 2 game will be confirmed on nufc.co.uk in due course.
