Northern Ireland international goalkeeper Lilie joined the Magpies in January 2024.
Formerly of Mid Ulster Ladies, Woods further strengthened Becky Langley's squad and goalkeeping options, with Grace Donnelly, Hannah Reid and development stopper Elen Valentine already on the books.
She made her senior debut for Northern Ireland in July 2023, against Czechia, although has yet to make her Newcastle bow.
