How to download your ticket to your Google Wallet

FOLLOW OUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR SEASON TICKET TO YOUR GOOGLE WALLET

Step 1: Most recent Android version must be installed
Open
To ensure your device is compatible with Digital Ticketing you must install the most recent Android version available on your device.

Step 2: Ensure you have Google Wallet setup on your phone
Open
Before downloading your pass, ensure your Google Wallet is installed on your phone. If not, follow these steps to download it:
- Download the Google Wallet App from the Google Play store and open the App
- Follow the setup instruction - To use the app, you must have a valid Google Account
- If you previously added cards, tickets, or passes to your wallet with Google Pay, they should appear in your Google Wallet.
- You may be asked to set up a screen lock on your Android device.
- To use our Mobile Pass, make sure your phone has NFC turned on.

Step 3: Check your emails
Open
You will receive an email notifying you when your Season Ticket is available for download. Once you have received your email, your ticket will be waiting for you in your online account book.nufc.co.uk.

Step 4: Download your pass
Open
Once you have received your email, login to book.nufc.co.uk and click on your profile in the top right-hand corner (the gold silhouette) and select ‘Season Ticket’ from the drop-down options.
On the ‘Season Ticket’ page you will see a ‘Add to Google Wallet’ button for each of the season tickets linked to your account. Hit this button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have downloaded your season ticket, do not delete it from your digital wallet.
Your season ticket will automatically update for each fixture.

Step 5: Check your Mobile Pass is stored in your Google Wallet
Open
Click on the Wallet icon to open your Google Wallet to ensure your Newcastle United Pass is visible and all your details are correct.

You're all done!
Open
Your Mobile Pass will automatically update for every Premier League game. This is your Season Ticket for the whole season so please DO NOT delete it. If you have joined a Cup Scheme, you will be sent a link to download your cup tickets separately before the fixture.

Before the fixture you will receive an email with a link to download your Mobile Pass to your Google Wallet. Keep an eye on your emails and download your Pass at the earliest opportunity.

Open
Once you have received your email, you will see a ‘Add to Google Wallet’ button within the email. Hit this button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 5: Check your Mobile Pass is stored in your Google Wallet
Open
Click on the Wallet icon to open your Google Wallet to ensure your Newcastle United Pass is visible and all your details are correct.
