A particularly young Newcastle United under-18s squad has set off for Norwich ahead of Saturday's final Barclays Under-18 Premier League fixture of the season (kick-off 11am).
With many of Dave Watson's regular starters involved for the under-21s against Arsenal on Friday, a number of schoolboys have been included for the game at the Canaries' Colney training ground.
No fewer than five players - Stefan Broccoli, Lewis Suddick, Jake Trodd, Ben Smith and Scottish youth international Mackenzie Heaney - could make their debuts at this level while forward Louis Johnson has just one substitute appearance to his name.
But the likes of Scotland under-17 international defender Kyle Cameron and Turkey under-17 international winger Daniel Barlaser add their experience against the current FA Youth Cup holders, while Joe Kerridge has enjoyed a strong finish to the campaign.
The squad is: James Atkinson, Daniel Barlaser, Stefan Broccoli, Kyle Cameron, Luke Charman, Jamie Cobain, Mackenzie Heaney, Jack Hunter, Louis Johnson, Joe Kerridge, Adam Laidler, Michael Newberry, Ben Smith, Lewis Suddick, Jake Trodd, Paul Woolston.
