Team news: Two changes for Magpies at Chelsea

Tino Livramento and Miguel Almirón both come into the Newcastle United starting line-up for Monday night's Premier League game at Chelsea as head coach Eddie Howe makes two changes to his side for the trip to the capital (kick-off 8pm GMT).

Former Blues full back Livramento comes into the Magpies side to start against his old club at the expense of the injured Kieran Trippier, while Almirón is brought in in place of Jacob Murphy, who is named on the bench for the clash with Mauricio Pochettino's men at Stamford Bridge.

Martin Dúbravka is in goal for United, with Livramento, Fabian Schär, Sven Botman and Dan Burn - who wears the captain's armband, with Jamaal Lascelles among the substitutes - forming a back four.

In midfield, Bruno Guimarães is flanked by Sean Longstaff and Joe Willock, with Almirón and Anthony Gordon on the right and left wings respectively and Alexander Isak leading the line.

Along with Murphy and Lascelles, home-grown trio Elliot Anderson, Joe White and Lewis Miley are on the bench, with Matt Targett - who has been sidelined since November - fit enough to return to the squad.

Loris Karius, Emil Krafth and Matt Ritchie complete the list of players Howe has to choose from should he require reinforcements against the Blues, while winger Harvey Barnes misses out with a minor hamstring injury.

Newcastle United: Martin Dúbravka; Tino Livramento, Fabian Schär, Sven Botman, Dan Burn; Sean Longstaff, Bruno Guimarães, Joe Willock; Miguel Almirón, Alexander Isak, Anthony Gordon.

Substitutes: Loris Karius, Emil Krafth, Jamaal Lascelles, Matt Targett, Matt Ritchie, Lewis Miley, Joe White, Elliot Anderson, Jacob Murphy.
