Isak nominated for Premier League's EA Sports Player of the Month award for March

Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak has been nominated for the Premier League's EA Sports Player of the Month award for March.

The Sweden international netted four times in four league outings in the month for the Magpies, with two of those goals coming from the penalty spot in the 4-3 win over West Ham - a game in which he also provided an assist for Harvey Barnes' equaliser.

The 24-year-old also struck against Wolves and Chelsea to cap an outstanding few weeks for the frontman, who was named Sela Player of the Month in recognition of his efforts for Eddie Howe's side.

Also in contention for the Premier League prize are Alexis Mac Allister of Liverpool, Ben White of Arsenal, Rodrigo Muniz of Fulham and Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur. Chelsea's Cole Palmer and Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo are also in the running.

Magpies supporters can vote for Isak by clicking here. Voting closes on Monday, 8th April at 12pm BST and the winner will be announced on Friday, 12th April.
