Eddie Howe has made six changes to his Newcastle United side for Saturday's trip to Chelsea, with Tino Livramento set to make his first Premier League start since January (kick-off 5:30pm GMT).

The England full back recently returned to fitness after a lengthy lay-off and will line up at Stamford Bridge against his former club as United go in search of back-to-back league victories.

Sven Botman, Joe Willock, Nick Woltemade, Anthony Gordon and Jacob Murphy - who will captain the side - are also brought into the starting 11 following the midweek Champions League last 16 first leg draw with Barcelona, with Dan Burn, Kieran Trippier, Joelinton, Anthony Elanga and Will Osula reverting to the bench.

Sandro Tonali, meanwhile, misses out through illness.

Aaron Ramsdale, Lewis Hall, Harvey Barnes and Malick Thiaw keep their places following Tuesday's 1-1 draw with the Catalan giants at St. James' Park, with Jacob Ramsey also remaining in the side.

Head coach Howe also has goalkeepers Nick Pope and John Ruddy to call upon from the bench, as well as young defender Alex Murphy.
