The 29-year-old ended the season in fine form, picking up the Player of the Month award for March after returning from injury to start the final seven games of the campaign.
To date, Emma has made 44 appearances in black and white after joining from Sunderland Women in the summer of 2023.
On signing her new contract, Emma said: "I'm over the moon, I think I've made it clear how much I wanted to remain at the club. Newcastle brought my love back for the sport and it's felt like home ever since I came here.
"I think everyone knows how historic and big this club is. It has been a massive part of my career."
Manager Tanya Oxtoby added: "I am really pleased that Emma has extended her stay at the club. She is one of our longest serving players and that shows in her passion and love for Newcastle United.
"She has shown the quality that she has on the pitch in her time here, and especially since coming back from injury in my time at the club, and she carries just as big an impact off it as well."
