The Young Lionesses are set to face Canada, Brazil and Tanzania in Group B of the competition and Gale, currently on loan from Arsenal, is included in Lydia Bedford's side consisting of 21 players.
England's youngsters kick off their World Cup campaign on Saturday 5 September when facing Canada before taking on Tanzania three days later, with both matches taking place at 6pm (CEST).
England then go head-to-head with Brazil in their final group game on Friday 11 September (kick-off 3pm CEST).
All three group games will take place at the Stadion Miejski in Bielsko-Biała, with the top two sides in each group qualifying for the Round of 16 stage.
Gale, who celebrates her 20th birthday on Saturday, enjoyed two loan spells last season. She spent the first half of the campaign with Portsmouth, scoring five goals in 15 games, followed by four goals in 12 appearances with Bristol City.
The striker has represented England at all youth levels up to Under-23s.
