Becky Langley's side went unbeaten in their three games during the month, with Lumsden's crisp left-footed strike in the 6-0 thrashing of Blackburn Rovers shortlisted for the Goal of the Month gong.
She also provided an assist for Emily Murphy to head home in that win, and featured in the subsequent 1-1 draws against Charlton Athletic - a game in which she won the penalty that led to Shania Hayles' equaliser - and Birmingham City.
Lumsden has been nominated against Simone Magill of Birmingham City, Isobel Goodwin of London City Lionesses and Sophie Quirk of Portsmouth for the Player of the Month award.
And for Goal of the Month, she is up against Goodwin again as well as her Lionesses teammate Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah, Megan Hornby of Portsmouth, Hannah Blake of Durham and Ellen Jones of Sunderland.
