Newcastle United touched down in Paris on Tuesday, raring to go ahead of their final UEFA Champions League group phase game.

The Magpies arrived in the French capital later than expected due to poor weather conditions when leaving Tyneside but Eddie Howe and Anthony Gordon faced the media soon after touching down on Tuesday afternoon.

Discussing Bruno Guimarães' fitness, the Newcastle United boss admitted he and his staff 'will know more in the next few hours', with the captain in with a chance of featuring at the Parc des Princes.

Guimarães was out training on the PSG pitch on Tuesday evening, joined by the likes of Gordon, Lewis Hall, Sandro Tonali and Sven Botman.

However, Bruno's fellow countryman, Joelinton, will unfortunately miss the Champions League clash through injury.

Take a look at the best pictures from Paris below, with our Newcastle United photographers on hand to document United's open training session this evening.
