The young Magpies sealed qualification for the PDL play-offs with a game to spare following a 3-1 away win against Manchester United before finishing in 21st place of the 29-team division after last week's 1-1 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Their reward is an away tie against Swansea's second-string, who finished in fourth place of the Professional Development League.
The last-16 encounter will take place at the Swansea.com Stadium on Monday, 27th April, with kick-off set at 7pm (BST).
If the tie is level after 90 minutes, there will be extra-time and then, if required, a penalty shootout.
