The summer signing from Hoffenheim is one of six introductions to the starting XI following the weekend's Premier League opener against Liverpool - and one of two debutants, with Ewen Jaouen handed a bow in goal.

Both 20, the pair impressed in pre-season and now get the opportunity to shine in the cup clash against the Baggies, who have started with three wins out of three this term.

The other changes see former Baggies loanee Jacob Murphy, Nick Woltemade, Jacob Ramsey and Joe Willock - who scored after coming off the bench at the weekend - come into the side.

William Osula is injured while Yoane Wissa, ex-West Brom winger Harvey Barnes, Anthony Elanga, Lewis Miley and Lucáš Horncíček are rotated.

Jaouen will play behind an unaltered defence comprising of Amar Dedić, Sven Botman, stand-in skipper Malick Thiaw and Lewis Hall.

Ramsey and Willock join Sean Steur in midfield, with Touré and Murphy supporting Woltemade in attack.
