  • Log into your account via the top-right corner

  • Select ‘Season Tickets’ from the drop-down menu

  • Locate your 2026/27 Season Ticket and press ‘Download’

  • When your pass appears, tap ‘Add’ in the top-right corner

  • Your Season Pass will now be saved to your mobile wallet — ready for your return to St. James’ Park.

Minimum Seat Usage – 2026/27 Season 

To maximise matchday atmosphere at St. James’ Park we need to ensure that every seat is filled! We would like to remind supporters if they can’tattend games, they can forward their season ticket to a family member or friend. Ticket re-sale is also available.

To support seat usage and to ensure any empty seats can be filled, the club has a minimum usage requirement for Season Ticket Holders as part of the 2026/27 terms and conditions.

Season Ticket Holders are required to use their seat for at least 14 of the 19 home Premier League fixtures.

A fixture will be counted as ‘used’ if:

  • You attend in person and successfully scan into the stadium

Alternatively, if you're unable to attend, you can still meet the usage requirement by:

  • Forwarding your ticket to a friend or family member, who must scan in and attend

  • Listing your ticket for resale via the official platform — this will count whether the ticket is sold or not

Fixtures at St. James’ Park will have support on hand to help with any supporter enquiries.

A variety of support is available at St. James’ Park to deal with supporter enquiries:

Box Office  The Box Office will be available on matchdays to support fans with ticketing enquiries and to help troubleshoot any access issues.    Phone line and email support  Phone and email support will be available from 10am until kick-off, unless otherwise advertised.

In-person Box Office support  The in-person Box Office, located under the Milburn Stand, will be open from 4 hours before kick-off until half-time. 

Local Heroes

Need a helping hand on matchday? Our Local Heroes are available from three hours before kick-off and are stationed around St. James' Park to assist with finding the correct turnstile, locating facilities such as toilets, food and drink outlets, the Box Office, accessible entrances and the club store, as well as providing safeguarding wristbands for children and vulnerable adults. Look out for the 'Here to Help' flags around the stadium or visit the Local Heroes Hub in the Milburn Stand next to the Box Office for additional support.

St James’ Park improvements

Ahead of the 2026/27 season, supporters can expect a number of improvements at St. James’ Park, shaped by feedback shared across previous home matches. These include new replay screens, clearer digital menu screens in kiosks, a completed stadium-wide PA system upgrade, new floodlights, and continued work to improve mobile connectivity through the rollout of full stadium 5G. Plus, improved accessibility support, and further updates to seating, toilets and supporter service is available across St. James' Park.

The club is also continuing to enhance concourse facilities, including additional food and drink options, converted kiosks and Click & Collect services in selected areas.

Food & Drink Enhancements (New for 2026/27)

We are delighted to unveil a host of exciting improvements to the General Admission concourse food and drink offerings at St. James' Park - all driven directly by your feedback.

Matchday Specials

  • Early Kick-offs: Fuel up with hearty Breakfast Stotties featuring Geordie Banger sausages and bacon on fresh, locally baked bread from Geordie Bakers.

  • Sunday Fixtures: Tuck into our new Sunday Dinner Pork Loaded Fries.

  • Sweet treats: Artisan doughnuts are joining the concourse kiosks alongside local classics like Rocky Road and School Cake traybakes. Pair any bake with a hot drink for a great-value meal deal.

Inclusive options

  • Plant-Based: Head to our larger kiosks for the new Tandoori Box and Salt & Chilli Cauliflower & Corn Loaded Fries.

  • Gluten-Free & Vegetarian: Add Sriracha Fries (GF), Cajun Butter Corn Ribs (V), or crispy Onion Rings to any order.

  • Halal: Our Steak Pie and Jerk Chicken Pie are now certified Halal, available across the vast majority of stadium bars and kiosks

Expanded Drinks Range

  • Alcoholic: Wine is now available at concourse kiosks. Ale drinkers can find Sharp’s Doom Bar cans across the bars, alongside a dedicated Gluten-Free IPA option.

  • Alcohol-Free: Enjoy expanded 0.0% choices, including Guinness 0.0%, Cobra 0.0%, and BrewDog Punk AF.
