The teenage forward, son of former Cambridge United and Leicester City striker Trevor, scored a brace on his U18s debut in a 5-2 friendly win against FC Twente in April, appearing as a substitute in the final 20 minutes.
The 16-year-old made his competitive debut at that level during April's U18 Premier League North clash away at Derby County, featuring in the latter stages of the league encounter.
Benjamin scored his first league goal at U18 level during a 3-1 comeback win against Derby in the Toon teenagers' opening game of the 2026/27 campaign.
