Larsson spent three years with the 14-time league winners, making 135 appearances having switched from fellow Swedish side Hammarby in January 2023.

In her time at Rosengård, she helped the team to secure the Damallsvenskan title winning 25 of their 26 games in the season, while also spending six months playing alongside current Magpies forward Oona Sevenius.

She spent four years with Hammarby, playing alongside Anna Tamminen, and she also represented IFK Norrköping and Linköping. At the latter she won two Svenska Cupens.
