Leanne made 76 appearances during her time on Merseyside, scoring 23 times. She spent the second half of last season on loan at fellow Barclays Women’s Super League 2 side Nottingham Forest.
After moving from Shelbourne in 2018, the 27-year-old joined West Ham United, making 40 appearances across three years.
Upon arrival on Tyneside, Leanne said: “I’m really excited. I’m looking forward to a fresh start and meeting the fans. It was a dream of mine to come and play professionally and to go to a club like Newcastle, it really felt right when the contact came in."
