Defender Cataldo began her career with Millwall Lionesses and represented Arsenal Women, London City Lionesses, Leicester City Women and Bristol City Women before signing for Crystal Palace Women in August 2023.

The former England youth international, who helped Bristol City Women win the Women's Championship in 2023-23, joined United from Palace in January 2024.

And she added another promotion to her CV as the Magpies won the FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division title, meaning she's back in the Women's Championship for the current campaign.
