Phase One – Business Club Priority Window A limited number of match-by-match hospitality tickets are made available exclusively to Business Club Members, providing priority access before wider release.

Phase Two – General Release - July 9th A select allocation of hospitality across all available areas is released and made available for all fixtures through both online and direct sales channels.

Following Phase 2, inventory will continue to be released through a series of carefully managed phased allocations based on demand levels. This approach allows clients the best possible opportunity to secure hospitality.

Final Phase – Approximately 30 Days Prior to Each Fixture Alongside any unsold hospitality from earlier phases, a final allocation of hospitality packages will be released approximately 30 days prior to each fixture to maximise accessibility and drive final occupancy levels.

High-Demand Fixtures – Sunderland

In line with previous seasons, and to ensure that our hospitality areas remain dedicated to home supporters the following booking criteria will apply for these fixtures when booking online:

• A valid NE postcode

• A previous booking history with the club
