The Magpies saw off Bournemouth in the third round on Saturday, with Aaron Ramsdale's three saves in the shoot-out helping seal a 7-6 win on penalties at the end of another pulsating contest at St. James' Park.
It has now been confirmed that United will be ball number 24 in Monday's draw, which will take place before Liverpool's third round clash with Barnsley at Anfield.
The draw will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, discovery+ and the TNT Sports YouTube channel, and will be conducted by former England midfielders Joe Cole and Steven Gerrard.
Eddie Howe's men shared six goals with the Cherries at the weekend, with two strikes from Harvey Barnes either side of Anthony Gordon's penalty looking to have sent the hosts through before Marcus Tavernier's leveller in the dying moments of extra time made sure the game went the full distance.
Ex-Bournemouth goalkeeper Ramsdale was the Magpies hero in the ensuing shoot-out, keeping out efforts from Evanilson, Álex Jiménez and Bafodé Diakité to book Newcastle's place in the fourth round.
