TWO SEPARATE SCHEMES
You can choose to enrol in one or both cup schemes, depending on which competition(s) you wish to follow closely during the 2026/27 campaign:
FA Cup
Carabao Cup (EFL Cup)
Each Cup Scheme must be enrolled into separately. Valid card details also need to be stored against each scheme to secure your tickets.
2026/27 Season Ticket Holders have until 5pm on Monday 13th July to enrol into the Cup Schemes of their choice.
How do I enrol in the Cup Scheme?
Instructions on how to enrol within the cup scheme can be found below.
Log in to your account at book.newcastleunited.com by clicking the sign in icon in the top right-hand corner.
Once logged in, select your initials in the top right corner and from the drop down select “Cup Scheme”.
Press ‘Add’ and select which Cup Scheme you wish to enrol in via the dropdown (You can only enrol into one scheme at a time).
Select your payment details from either a previously created/saved payment card, or click ‘Add New’, to create a new payment card.
Tick which other season ticket holders you would like to enrol into the scheme and click ok. This will list all the season tickets strongly linked to your account via friends and family.
You will then get a message pop up to say you have successfully enrolled within the scheme.
The Cup Scheme you have now enrolled in is now visible in your cup scheme menu.
Repeat the process to enrol in other scheme if you wish to enter multiple Cup Schemes.
What is the price for each Cup Scheme?
Prices for the Cup Scheme are outlined below, excluding any home Quarter or Semi finals at St. James’ Park.
What happens if I don’t enrol in the cup scheme?
If you don’t enrol in the scheme, you can still apply for tickets in the ballot. The ballot is open to Mags members and Season Ticket Holders who opt not to enrol in the scheme.
When will payments be taken?
Payment will be taken within 7 days of a fixture being drawn.
You’ll receive an email notification in advance, letting you know when the payment will be collected.
Please ensure that your email address is up-to-date, as it’s your responsibility to maintain accurate contact details.
Any failed payments will receive reminders that the payment has failed and balance is due. Further FAQ’s can be found here.
