Newcastle United’s CEO, Darren Eales, was joined by Chief Commercial Officer, Peter Silverstone, and Chief Finance Officer, Simon Capper, as discussions and questions were welcomed from the FAB at St. James' Park.

Presentations from Peter Silverstone highlighted the recent developments in the club’s retail offer, as well as updates from senior club figures on the club's commercial partnerships and membership offer.

Topics also focused on matchday atmosphere, ticketing for both home and away games and venue development.
