More than 10,000 tickets have now been sold for next month's Tyne-Wear derby between Newcastle United Women and Sunderland Women.

The Lasses return to St. James' Park on Sunday, 16th November to take on the Black Cats as they look to make it back-to-back wins at home against our local rivals.

Last season, Shania Hayles scored a late winner in front of a packed Gallowgate End, with the attendance of 38,502 setting a new Women's Super League 2 record.

And with the 10,000 barrier already broken, United are hoping to break that record once more - and host the biggest women's derby of the weekend as they go toe-to-toe with the North London and Manchester derbies.

Tottenham Hotspur Women face Arsenal Women and Manchester City Women take on Manchester United Women - both in the Women's Super League - on the same day.

Tickets are now on general sale, priced at just £8.50 for adults and £3 for juniors.

There are also Premium Tickets on sale, which includes Directors Box seating, a deli sandwich and side, tea/coffee and a matchday programme. Book here for group bookings or contact the Box Office on 0344 372 1892.

Fan choice and Alcohol in the Bowl project

Newcastle United Women are participating in the Fan Choice and Alcohol in the Bowl project, which allows fans to drink alcohol while watching the game.

Please note, blocks L1A to L1D in the Milburn paddock will be an alcohol-free zone, where alcohol will not be available to purchase.

Tickets for the big match are available to buy here.
