The Heworth Grange pupil began playing for Leam Juniors before arriving at Newcastle's Academy in 2013.

The attacking left-back made his full debut for the Magpies at under-21 level during a Premier League Cup clash against Huddersfield Town in September 2023 and made 20 competitive appearances at second-string level during the 2023-24 season.

The teenage defender made his senior debut for Eddie Howe's side in May 2024 during a post-season friendly against Tottenham Hotspur at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia before making his first start for the Magpies against the A-League All Stars at the Marvel Stadium.
