After signing a full-time scholarship with Newcastle United in the summer of 2024, the teenage defender featured in every game of the Magpies' 2024/25 Under-18 Premier League North campaign.
The Newbottle-born teenager joined United's youth set-up at the age of ten after playing for his local boys club, Hetton Juniors.
Henry, who cites Nemanja Vidić as his footballing idol, captained Newcastle's U18s side for a number of league fixtures last season, with the Toon teenagers claiming a third-place finish in the U18 Premier League North.
Henry was handed his first start at U21 level during March's Premier League 2 clash away at Nottingham Forest before signing his first professional contract with the Magpies this summer.
"It means everything, especially when you're at the Academy for a long time and having to go through different decisions and moments," he told newcastleunited.com.
"It means a lot when you've put all the effort and hard work in behind the scenes. It feels like a reward and also makes me want to push on further and get where I think I'm capable of. It's a great opportunity and an exciting place to be."
