The Finland international joined having spent the previous four years with the Damallsvenskan side.
Anna made 116 appearances for Hammarby and in the 2023 season helped them to win the league and cup double, while also claiming the Goalkeeper of the Year and Most Valuable Player of the Year awards.
Prior to that she spent time with Aland United in Finland, again winning a league and cup double, as well a spell in Sweden with Hovas Billdall IF. Her career started at NiceFutis in her home country.
The 30-year-old has made 11 appearances for Finland, and was called up to the squad for the UEFA Women's Euros in Switzerland.
