The Toon teenagers took the lead inside two minutes at the Foxes' Training Ground as Kyran Thompson, who joined the Magpies' youth set-up from Arsenal, scored his first goal for the club at U18 level.
Newcastle's youngsters, targeting a fourth consecutive league win, found themselves on level terms five minutes after the restart following Jake Quinn's equaliser.
The visitors, however, restored their lead six minutes later as Hutchison, who signed his first professional contract with the Magpies in February 2026, netted in his fourth consecutive game before doubling United's advantage on the hour mark.
The Dunfermline-born teenager completed his hat-trick in the closing stages, taking his goalscoring tally to six strikes in his opening five competitive games for Chris Moore's side.
Newcastle currently occupy top spot in the Under-18 Premier League North and will be aiming to continue their unbeaten start to the 2026/27 campaign when hosting Manchester United at the Magpies' Little Benton Academy on Saturday 11 September (kick-off 12:30pm BST).
