The 17-year-old joined United's Academy at under-9 level and has steadily progressed through the Magpies' youth ranks before putting pen to paper on a maiden pro deal.
Mason, capable of playing in central midfield or full-back, expressed his delight in committing his future with his boyhood club and is keen to emulate his brothers' footballing paths, who have both made their full senior debuts under Eddie Howe in recent years.
"Lewis and Jamie have been through it and are both in the professional game," Mason told newcastleunited.com. "Lewis is in Newcastle's first-team so, hopefully, I can follow in his footsteps in the future.
"My family have been a massive help, making sure we all keep going and they've always tried to get the best out of us.
"To play with Lewis in a Newcastle United shirt for the first-team is one of my ultimate goals. It would be an unreal moment for the family.
"We've been training together during the summer and he has helped me to maintain strong fitness levels and standards, which will help so that I'm ready for when I return for pre-season."
Miley, who made his under-18s debut at the age of 15, only signed a full-time scholarship last summer but impressed at under-21 level last term.
After making his second-string debut in December before registering 11 outings in the Premier League 2, the Stanley-born youngster was pleased to secure a regular role within the U21s squad during the second-half of the season and is keen to replicate his bright performances in the 2026/27 campaign.
Mason, who cites Kevin De Bruyne as his footballing idol, added: "I was delighted to get it signed a bit earlier after a good season and it's a proud moment after being at the club from such a young age.
"It is my boyhood club and I like the way the club is going forward. We are wanting to compete in the biggest competitions, the Champions League, and I really wanted to be here.
"During the off-season, I've been able to take the time reflect on how good of a season it has been for me. It doesn't feel real.
"I had a good breakthrough season in my first year of full-time football after the school programme. I think I kicked on at the start of the season, training with the first-team a few times and making a number of appearances for the under-21s, so I thought I impressed and want to keep pushing on.
"I'll be aiming to have another good season with the U21s and try to train with the first-team as much as possible, impressing the staff, and hopefully make an appearance in the matchday squad.
"In the long-term, it would be trying to get on the bench and making my debut for this club because that would mean a lot to me and my family."
Academy Director Steve Harper added: “Mason has been part of our Academy for a long time, and his journey to this point has been brilliant to watch. Today is a really proud day for everyone who’s been part of it.
"Signing a professional contract is a big moment for Mason and his family and we’re proud of the player and person he’s becoming. There’s plenty ahead of him, and we’re looking forward to supporting that next stage."
