The young Magpies have been placed in Group C of this season’s competition and will have home fixtures against each of the four invited European clubs in the section. They are Paris Saint-Germain, GNK Dinamo Zagreb and SL Benfica.
Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest are the other English sides in the group.
Newcastle's youngsters host Real Sociedad in their opening group fixture, which will take place at Whitley Park on Tuesday, 18th November before facing PSG at the same venue four days later (kick-off 1pm GMT).
After facing Dinamo Zagreb in their penultimate group game on Saturday, 20th December (kick-off 1pm GMT), Newcastle will take on Benfica in their final fixture on Tuesday, 13th January (kick-off 7pm GMT).
Competing in the tournament for the first time since 2019/20, Newcastle reached the semi-finals of the competition in 2017/18 after finishing in second place of a four-team group involving Liverpool, Sparta Prague and PSV Eindhoven.
United's second-string beat Sunderland in the quarter-finals, via penalties at the Stadium of Light, before suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat against eventual winners FC Porto in the semi-final stage at St. James' Park.
