The Magpies, who won the competition last season after a 2-1 win against Liverpool at Wembley Stadium, booked their place in the last eight following a 2-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur at St. James' Park.

The cup holders have been handed a home draw against Fulham, with the Cottagers securing their spot in the quarter-finals after beating Wycombe Wanderers via penalties after a 1-1 draw at Adams Park.

The quarter-final ties will take place on the week commencing Monday, 15th December.
