The 13-cap Polish defender - known as Gosia - joins the Magpies after three years in France, where she would go on to make 58 appearances for Dijon.

In her final season, Gosia played a key role in creating history for the side as they made the Premiere Ligue play-offs for the first time, losing out to eventual champions OL Lyonnes.

Prior to that, the 25-year-old spent a season with Austrian side SKN St. Polten, where she would win a domestic double.

Her career started in her homeland, appearing for Ekstraliga outfits KS AZS Wroclaw and Gornik Leczna. It was at the latter of those where she would twice win the league, and the Polish Cup.
