The 13-cap Polish defender - known as Gosia - joins the Magpies after three years in France, where she would go on to make 58 appearances for Dijon.
In her final season, Gosia played a key role in creating history for the side as they made the Premiere Ligue play-offs for the first time, losing out to eventual champions OL Lyonnes.
Prior to that, the 25-year-old spent a season with Austrian side SKN St. Polten, where she would win a domestic double.
Her career started in her homeland, appearing for Ekstraliga outfits KS AZS Wroclaw and Gornik Leczna. It was at the latter of those where she would twice win the league, and the Polish Cup.
On joining the Magpies, Gosia said: "I feel very excited to be a part of this big club, and that's such a pleasure for me, and I cannot wait for our first game.
"Once I heard about the project here, it was amazing, and all of the people here are very ambitious, so for me, the choice was very clear. Our objectives are very clear here to get to the WSL."
Newcastle United Women manager, Becky Langley, said: "Gosia joins us off the back of three successful years playing in the top-flight of French football, and we are delighted to have her onboard.
"She carries a great physical presence in both boxes, she has a brilliant passing range and is technically gifted.
"We are excited to welcome her into the group and start working with her."
This signing is subject to FA and international clearance.
